Job Summary

1 Assist HoD - HR & Admin in formulating people strategy in line with overall business strategy
2 Prepare annual HR budget in consultation with HoD - HR & Admin and review it on an ongoing basis to minimize the variance
3 Ensure critical processes such as payroll processing, statutory compliances, etc. are executed by team members accurately and within timelines
4 Assist HoD - HR & Admin in implementing departmental plans pertaining to engagement activities, Talent Acquisition , Payroll , PMS, etc.
5 Assist HoD - HR & Admin in constant review of HR processes and breach gaps as per the analysis
6 Analyze data from exit interviews, attrition, performance management, etc. from time to time, and provide insights to the HOD - HR & Admin


Qualification :
MBA / MSW / PHD
Experience Required :

3 to 5 Years
