Job Summary

Esmsys is seeking the services of a HR Executive (3+ years of exp) for its Ahmedabad Office.

Key Skills Required:

In Charge of employee Performance management

Update, Enforce and Maintain HR Policies and procedures

Conduct Employee engagement activities and employee retention initiatives

Responsible for Payroll management

Handle Employee relations

Drive Team Building/ morale building activities for employees

Provide Training and development

Manage Staff recruitment/hiring process

Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan

Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation

Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook

Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained

Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.

Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook &PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening and short-listing candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Naukri, Online Job Portals, consultancies and referencing

Conducting personal and telephonic interviews and scheduling technical interviews of candidates with concern authorities after taking HR round

Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates

Hiring process

Post selection follow-ups with the candidate till joining the organization

Joining process of new employee (training, introduction, documentation process, etc.)

Maintaining daily sheets for attendance, also visitor s sheet/ leave records/daily reporting to upper management

Preparing monthly salary report

Conducting exit interviews who are resigning

Responsible for all activities & celebrations in office like Diwali, Ganapati Festival, Birthday Celebration, Movie/ Picnic Party and other company events & encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events

Supervision of office staff and housekeeping staff and other office management and maintenance activities if required

Responsible for all daily, weekly & monthly reports which is require by authority person.

Educational Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:

BBA or MBA

3+ years of exp is must

Excellent decision making, interpersonal, managerial, organization and speaking skills

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
