Job Summary
BachelorsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 4-5+years experienceas an IT professional. 2+ years supervisory experience in an IT Department. In-depth knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft Windows, Google Apps administration, network administration and service desk administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary : 2.5-3.6 lakhs per annum
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with app developers to deliver with quick time to market and optimal resources.
- Coordinating effective communication with all customers throughout.
- Assembling project plans , giving teamwork assignments , identifying resource needs and escalating any issues appropriately.
- Preparing the business case and showing the impact of a project in terms of cost , savings , revenues and benefits.
- Should mitigate technical risks.
- Respond to tender documents , proposals , reports and supporting literature.
- Speak to customers , either face to face or over the phone.
- Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of customers system and processes , and then documenting them.
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
- Should be able to deliver presentations and demonstrations of websites to customers.
