Job Role: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding
Plan the sales strategy, target, budget, resources & process for Global logistics company.
Sell end to end services linking international freight, transport, warehousing and distribution services.
Maximize profitability by reviewing/linking sales source and companys capabilities.
Develop sales plan for attracting new customers and retaining existing and finally target for profit generation.
Expand business scale with customers, seek for new business, new customers to contribute to achieve total budget of revenue.
Develop and execute country sales plan in line with global sales direction and keep continuous growth at companys target market / product.
Minimum 2+ years experience in Ocean Freight Sales is mandatory.
Should have Strong Clientele base.
Strategic thinking, good negotiation skills and strong networking abilities.
Experience of global freight forwarding, contract logistics & transportation operations and markets.
Cross selling experience across various countries.
Strong selling & presentation skills and have solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment.
Locations: Hyderabad / Visakhapatnam / Nellore / Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore / Mundra
Salary: As per Industry.
