Job Summary Roles and responsibilities:As a lead developer, you would be responsible for directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. You would also coordinate the development staff s schedule and ensure effective communication between team members and other IT functional areas. Additionally, you will be expected to provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement and act as a technical mentor and adviser.
Required skills:
  • 7+ years experience developing commercial application on Windows platforms using .NET, .NET Core 2.1+
  • 3+ years experience developing web services preferably REST services. Very strong object oriented design skills
  • 3+ years experience developing web services preferably REST services. Very strong object oriented design skills

  • 3+ years experience developing web services preferably REST services. Very strong object oriented design skills
  • 3+ years experience developing web services preferably REST services. Very strong object oriented design skills with proven track record of well-engineered design.
  • Following SOLID principles
  • Has a fundamental knowledge on Algorithm and Data Structure.
  • Self-starter who can grasp difficult concepts and large architectures quickly and contribute at the architectural and coding levels.
  • 3+ years programming experience with NoSQL and/or SQL databases o Experience with unit testing and history of successful driving quality strategy.
  • Experience and a desire to mentor peers and junior staff.
