Job Summary
  • Lead the Business Finance function and manage a team of 2-4 Analysts/Accountants/Controllers
  • Manage partnerships with Banks and NBFCs and oversee loan-book reconciliation
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variance
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of MIS, Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan, as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies, support business teams in setting up cost metrics, and develop a risk management framework to closely monitor and manage loan cycles, default rates, etc.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Support Founders with in-depth analysis and investor relations


Requirements

  • CA/CFA/MBA (Tier 1) with at least 3-4 years of experience
  • Experience with Big 4 Audit/Assurance/Transactions Departments, Banks, NBFCs, Financial service companies
  • Deep understanding of Banks/NBFCs business drivers and P&L persona
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
