Job Summary
  • 10 years of industry experience in developing web based applications using ASP.NET C# and Sitecore.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architecting website implementations using SiteCore CMS.
  • Experience in working with Sitecore DMS for Web Analytics and Personalization. Experience in designing multichannel distribution & social channels.
  • Should possess in-depth knowledge on any RDBMS.
  • Experience in architecting external systems integration like CRM tools with SiteCore CMS.
  • Understand business needs and convert business requirements into a design & ability to see through the modular issues.
  • Ability to evaluate current state of architecture, platform and provide architectural recommendations to improve pe rformance, scalability and reliability.
  • Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application.
  • Experienced in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer facing roles and effective client interacti on skills.
  • Strong understanding of Design Pattern, SOA, Microservice, Security by Design, CI CD, DevSecOps concepts and its implementation in code.
  • Design develop highly scalable, performant, fault-tolerant, quality and modular software application w ith a high standard of coding and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development principles and values with proven experience working in a multi-functional team.
  • Up-to-date understanding of modern software development & s ervice delivery techniques (E.g., Software craftmanship, BDD, TDD, Clean Code & etc.).
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Spring boot NodeJS Python C#).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in Databases RDBMS, NoSQL, Cosmos etc.
  • A proven track record of successful project product implementation with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming, and Test-Driven Development. Knowledge in Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, TeamCity, SVN, GIT, Team Foundation Server, and GI T LAB.
  • Experienced in working with diverse teams that are composed of team members from different backgrounds. Experience in analyzing info, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English,additional SEA languages wou.
