Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Delivery Ownership: Leadership & Delivery Management: Oversee delivery across various client engagements, ensuring that commitments are met according to contractual agreements. Monitoring & Reporting: Establish frameworks to monitor and report on delivery progress, track KPIs, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Resource Management: Work with Talent Acquisition and Resource Deployment teams to ensure timely resource allocation and optimal utilization, managing staff rotation. Performance & Risk Management: Track team performance, manage client escalations, and mitigate risks proactively. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to service levels and contractual obligations, maintaining compliance and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Financial Planning: Handle financial aspects like budgeting, revenue projections, and staffing capacity planning, periodically reviewing these with key stakeholders. Process Improvement: Collaborate with delivery managers to implement best practices, cost reduction strategies, and operational efficiencies. Client Engagement Management: Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with clients to understand their data solutions needs and aligning our services with their business objectives. Solution Articulation: Offer expertise in areas like Data Management, Cloud Migrations, Data Quality and Governance, Data Engineering, BI & Analytics, Data Science, and AI/Gen AI. Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders and business sponsors, enhancing client satisfaction and opening up new business opportunities. Point of Contact: Be the primary point of contact for clients within the Data & Analytics service line, ensuring clear communication and seamless engagement. Required Skills & Experience: Leadership experience in managing data and analytics delivery, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role. Strong expertise in various data domains, including Data Management, Cloud Migrations, and Data Engineering. Proven track record in managing resources, budgets, and client expectations while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong client relationships and communicate technical solutions effectively. Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and financial growth.
