Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support for our SaaS application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and experience with JIRA. You will play a critical role in resolving complex customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall improvement of our support processes.

  • Education:
    Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    4+ years of experience in a SaaS application.

  • Cloud Technologies:
    Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with SaaS applications.

  • JIRA Proficiency:
    Extensive experience using JIRA for issue tracking and project management.

  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues, with a solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST, etc.).

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.


Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
