Job Summary
  • Client interactions & Consulting
  • Understanding the brand objectives v/s deliverables
  • Creation of marketing plans & strategies to build the brands digitally
  • Create slide decks & present to clients
  • Creating influencer marketing plans along with finding relevant influencers and executing the campaigns
  • Onboarding new clients & setting internal KPI s thereby streamlining operations
  • Designing FAQ documents for ORM team & other process oriented flows.
  • Assisting the management by managing brands and sharing updates on brand progress & if any road blocks

Management

  • Working along side multiple teams (Content, Design, Performance, Media, Social, Developers & Translations)
  • Optimise performance & improve efficiency for client s digital properties
  • Crisis Management (may require execution for any role) requires availability to the client on weekends as the sole online decision maker (online-only)
  • Team Management: Management of executive team members guidance, training, support & leadership

Auditing, Training & Guidance

  • Guidance & Audit of Social, Campaigns, Web, Performance, Media, ORM & Enhancement for client accounts
  • Training team members and assisting them to complete their tasks on time
  • Ensure the team isn t overworked & managing internal stress
  • Ideate & guide teams to create content which is drool-worthy

Business Development

  • Assist on new brand pitches by contributing to slides that are presentable to clients (and not limited to internal use)
