Job Summary 5+ years of strong experience in Workday Business Process with excellent configuration skills in core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation and Security and as a bonus Talent Management
Have extremely strong deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday
Have strong Workday Functional Analyst skills able to work with requestors to understand and document requirements
Have strong consultative skills, able to discuss with key stakeholders, business requirements, use strong Workday expertise to provide range of options
Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes
Lead Requirements gathering, technical documentation, test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements
Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.
Ability to juggle multiple parallel transformation projects under an accelerated timeline
Work in an Agile Scrum Team an understand Agile concepts
