Job description

Graduate in MSW / PGDHRM/ LLB with Min 25 Yrs in Manufacturing Industry with min 5 years in Sr Management position handling HR/ IR / Admin and Safety. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Industrial policies , Workers dispute management , Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment , Ability to set high personal goals and work independently , Ability to organize, multi- task and prioritize tasks , Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues .

HR leadership role(s) evidencing strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
Should have worked in strategic HR areas, including M&A, Performance and Talent Management, PMS, Leadership Development, Restructuring, Change Management and Rewards..

Job Responsibility :

Be the trusted advisor to people business - instrumental in building the teams , talent engagement .

Be an important link for business continuity from people perspective

Will act as an HR Business Partner for the assigned departments and will be responsible for the end to end HR life cycle management of employees .

Responsible for implementation of company's value unequivocally in maintaining uniformity of company's culture.

Implement HR strategy and align the same with the business strategy.

Acts as point of contact for employees in for performance management and employee relations issues.

Recommend establish company HR policies, procedures, guidelines and work practices.

Attract, retain develop talent to support growth, business success and provide continuity of business on people front.

Co- ordinate in resolving workplace disputes and implementation of company's governance guidelines, code of conduct for its people.

Implementation of efficient effective talent management program.

Maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

Implementation of Disciplinary Actions for minimizing violations of rules & regulations.

Drafting show cause notice, charge sheet. Participation & Representation in Domestic Enquiry, Labour Court, as a Management Representative.

Developing, review, implement, and continuously improve all HSE rules, regulations, procedures, programs & documents and ensure Government compliance with Company Policy.
