Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities 4-8 years of experience in mid-senior leadership level recruitment for Sales, Techno-functional and Technical roles & delivering quality profiles, US geography experience is a plus. Extensive knowledge of the US geographies and various recruitment platforms and channels for US and Canada region Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required MIS reporting and vendor management Fulfill client requisitions across sales, tech, non-tech and techno-functional roles gobally and other locations as required Own full-cycle recruitment efforts for our clients for a handful of requisitions at any given time Identify relevant talent pools, generate pipeline for open roles and own the end to end recruitment process outreach, screening, presenting, engaging with candidates, clients and taking it to closure until the candidate joins Drive operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement Contribute towards devising a robust recruitment strategy for each client Mentor peers and new team members as and when required Devise newer ways and identify alternate sources of hiring to build diverse talent pipeline (especially focused on women candidates) Adhere to strict timelines for closing requisitions Serve as strategic partner to each of our client and engage with candidates Ensure a compelling, engaging candidate experience that helps to strengthen our brand Monitor trends in the talent marketplace to identify best-in-class recruiting practices to incorporate into our programming Understand local labor legislation globally (specifically US region) and ensure our practices are all compliant
