Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities include analysis of problem statement; liaise between development, platform and product teams and customer
  • Should have experience in application support at an L1 / L2 level in a 24/7 support setup and ready to be working on rotation based shifts
  • Should have a keen eye towards turnaround time to meet aggressive service level agreements
  • Excellent communications skills to co-ordinate support issues
  • Should have experience on and ability to understand the web based applications running on Oracle PL/SQL, JAVA, Web servers (Apache, Tomcat, Web sphere, Web logic etc )
  • Should have the basic support process knowledge and must have been part of ITIL driven process
  • Understanding of infrastructure (Servers, network, storage etc ) components are added advantage
  • Should Mentor Support Analyst along with his/her regular work

Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Strong PC, UNIX and database knowledge
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL and other database languages
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly master customer solutions
  • Prior working experience as a Support Analyst in MSI or related GRC products
  • Supporting new and existing customers of MetricStream
  • Log, analyze and provide solutions to customer issues relating to MetricStream s products

Education

BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MTech
