Senior Enterprise Architect

Looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Enterprise Architect to join MetricStreams innovative R&D team. You will be responsible for seeing the big picture and create architectural approaches for design and implementation of enterprise class software products to address complex GRC business issues. .Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for cloudand web services
• Conceptualize software solutions to address complex business requirements provided by the PM
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Define all aspects of development from the appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Communicate successfully the concepts and guidelines to the development team
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Ensure the product meets stringent requirements of quality, security, configurability, scalability, robustness, and extensibility

Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in the software domain
• Proven experience in a Software Architect role, preferably in a Product organization
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, Kotlin, Javascript)
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, MicroService frameworks)
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Technical mindset with great attention to detail
• Proven organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent experience with code refactoring, especially for complex multi-tiered software
• Experience in migrating from a monolithic architecture to a microservices based architecture

Education

• Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering. (Masters preferred)
