job RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Architecture Service Ownership
• Provide IAM technical Leadership and Expertise.
• Work closely with technical teams, business teams and IAM solution vendor implementation teams.
• Make timely decisions on IDM processes and design elements and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented.
• Validate and makes decision/approvals on IAM processes and design elements.
• Implement solutions, and conduct product configurations required for Application on boarding.
• Ensure consistent delivery of superior technical solutions, identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
• Adheres to internal change management process, configuration management process and technical standards.
• Collaborates with teams such as solution implementation team, Enterprise architect, Security teams, Etc. to execute on access management solutions based on existing and newly identified controls.
• Work well with virtual globally dispersed project teams, stakeholders and other SMEs.
• BAU Operations
• Sets priorities and allocates work to team members
• Provides coaching and guidance to enable professional growth.
• Effectively cascades information from the wider Ops and Tech leadership
• Compliance & Reporting
• Provide required evidence of JML operations performed by IDM in documented format.
• Based on request, share required Notifications triggered with IDM to concerned person.

• Technical Leadership experience in IDM implementations using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM 2010 R2) Platform, Azure Active directory, Power shell Scripting, ADFS, Windows Server 2008/2012, Web Services, and Directory Services.
• Hands-On knowledge of using MIMWAL and associated functions to understand/implement complex business logic.
• Hands-on experience on AD DNS, DHCP, Certificate services-PKI, Azure AD, O365, AD Connect, ADFS, WAP, Azure Application Proxy, AD RMS, IRM, WIP, OME, ADFS, Single Sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication, MIM IDM, Microsoft ATA, AGPM, Group Policies.
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Role Based Access Control configurations using MIM Management Policy Rules
• Ability to understand/write/debug Rules Extensions (custom code) if necessary.
• Prior experience with FIM Automation using PowerShell will be a plus.
• Knowledge of a Hybrid infrastructure using MIM and Azure AD Connect.

• 3-5 years in leading MIM IDM Operations, Integration, JML Processes.
• 8+ years experience of information security with a focus in developing identity management (IDM/IAM) strategies, Architecture, Enterprise Implementation and troubleshooting of Identity Access Management solutions.
• Deep experience in stakeholder management
• Confident and effective communicator with senior stakeholders
