Job Summary

To drive and promote the Integrated Building Management system (IBMS) portfolio in the assigned area and coordinate with collaborates for sales leads.

  • Responsible in developing customer relationship and generating inquires for IBMS Solutions.
  • Regular follow-up with key clients, consultants & PMC for brand approval, inquiry generations and order closures.
  • Understands the customers needs. Demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, dedication, trust and commitment.
  • Positively and credibly, influences Sales approach. Builds high quality and timely estimates & proposals
  • Present sales reports to management.
  • Responsibility of achieving agreed targets.
  • Actively supporting in Sales/Marketing/Technical Events
  • Sufficient knowledge of BMS, HVAC and ELV systems.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in BMS Sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic Prospecting Skills.
  • Identification of customer needs and successful resolution with business conversion.
  • Demonstration of tenacity, experience and positive attitude.
  • Know customers business processes, identify potential decision influencer and relationship development.

Qualification :
BE in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
