Pre-sales Lead Job in Meritgroup Ltd
Job Summary
- Work closely with the Sales by producing bespoke sales collateral including RfP, RfQ, sales presentation documents (presentations, proposals, case studies etc.)
- Interact with client contacts and internal stake holders within Merit (top management, software development teams, and senior department managers) to design and develop business solutions.
- Help the BST manager and AVP to design, drive and implement all end-to-end tasks involved in the transition and setup of new projects
- Act as a contact for all project-related queries and information during the transition phase
- Propose creative solutions to internal operational and administration issues and aid in problem resolution
- Design and develop general business documentation, business proposals and presentations
- Be flexible to travel overseas regularly (predominantly to the UK)
- The role demands creative thinking, exceptional writing skills with a thorough knowledge and understanding of business functions.
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (both verbal and written are mandatory)
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are compulsory
- Must have detailed understanding of business processes and methodology
- A quick thinker with problem solving abilities is also a must
- Demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and fair knowledge of MS Project and Visio (optional)
- Methodical and systematic approach
- High energy level, confident and assertive
- Knowledge of multiple industry sectors would be an added advantage
- Preferable to have a broad understanding of SDLC methodologies, platforms and tools
- Observant with a strong eye for detail
