Job Summary

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1. Training content delivery
  • - Responsible for delivering the pre defined content effectively and efficiently.
  • - Ensuing that the content is well perceived and understood by the trainees.
  • - Adhere to the training delivery quality parameters
  • - Adhere to the training SOPs
  • 2. Record maintenance:
  • - Required to maintain DDR, Report cards for all batches.
  • - Required to create and maintain a database of all the trainees.
  • - Expected to maintain the records of analysis and assessment of all trainees.
  • 3. Feedback & Follow up of trainees:
  • - Required to gather feedback about all trainees, by getting the feedback form filled by the supervisors / store in charges.
  • - Required to prepare an analysis report of the same.
  • - Generation and mailing of reports.
  • - Make follow up calls to the trainees for the first month of training.
  • 4. Store Visits:
  • - Visit stores / outlets for training the outlet employees in promoting Organization s products.
  • - Expected to understand the real time training needs at store level.
  • 5. Support activities:
  • - Ensure that there is better retention of trainees.
  • - Innovative methods of training.
  • - Contribute PPT s, training material in every possible way to make teaching learning process effective.
  • - Ensure persistent progress of self and the Organization.
  • 6. Inter-departmental co-ordination
  • - Co-ordinate with HR for placement & any other issues
  • - Co-ordinate with IT to ensure the training systems are fully functional at all times
Co-ordinate with Ops team to facilitate the OJT effectiveness




Experience Required :

3 to 5 Years
