Platform Support Associate Hyderabad
Are you someone who can maintain strong relationships with customers and clients? We are looking for someone like you who can receive and resolve inbound customer support queries via a phone queue or web tickets, answer pricing inquiries and provide quotes for services.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year work experience in a dynamic role (Digital marketing or platform/advertiser support)
* Experience in an email process and outsourcing is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening and attention to detail
