What is the Job like?

A Senior BizDev Associate will work directly with clients and manage top tier publisher accounts. As a Senior BizDev Associate, you will directly be responsible for driving incremental success and curating strategies for user acquisition for the companys products/clients. You will focus on identifying and on-boarding new distribution partners/traffic sources and strengthening existing relationships. Youll have the opportunity to grow user base for multiple mobile and desktop products from zero to over a million active users & will directly be responsible for the same.

  • Craft digital strategies for your clients and/or products, as per requirement
  • Manage multiple accounts & cultivate exceptional relationships with distribution partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot & optimize campaign performance
  • Develop internal processes to automate campaign optimization process and drive higher ROI
  • Work with finance and legal on invoicing and clearing new agreements and roadblocks
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to scale and upsell products/accounts
  • Identify operational gaps and ensure excellent customer service levels
  • Create weekly & Monthly performance reports and present them internally

Who should apply for this role?

  • 3+ years of experience working in Ad-tech industry
  • Education B.E.(Hons.), B.Tech, BA, BS from Tier-1 institute
  • Sound decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables
  • Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to drive success in high-pressure situations
  • Experience running campaigns on Google Ads/Facebook will be considered as a plus
