Functional Engineer - Hr Job in Mccain Foods

As a Functional Engineer you will be part of a growing HR technology portfolio team, responsible for delivering solutions around our core system of record SAP SuccessFactors. This role will thrive by collaborating with our SuccessFactors Product Owner and other internal IT departments such as the integration center of excellence, security, and enterprise data governance. You ll be known as someone who can get things done by using your knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Platform to guide the business towards solutions and implement effective changes to strengthen value realization. Reporting to the Director of our HR technology Portfolio your responsibilities will include the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a consistent service to configure and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors Platform with an emphasis on integration solutions.
- Collaborate with our internal SuccessFactors Product Owner to analyze and execute design changes to best enable business needs.
- Work closely with the HR Shared Services organization, HR Data Governance Owner and associated teams managing core HR data to rollout and sustain value of solutions.
- Support routine release upgrades of the SuccessFactors solution to analyze universal and opt in changes to the Platform and Employee Central module, implementing as required.
- Drive test planning, execution of test cycles and partner with business process owners to achieve user acceptance testing sign off.
- Facilitate handover by documenting design configuration in workbooks and knowledge transferring to applicable support teams in collaboration with product owner.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
What You Need:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Hands on experience in developing and implementing integration solutions pertaining to HR data.
- At least 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations or 3+ years supporting SuccessFactors as part of a support team.
- Certified in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Integration Center
- Strong understanding of HR data management business processes
- Experience with influencing and partnering with IT teams such as Solution Architects, Product Owners, Security Teams and Developers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Travel as required to support delivery.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certification/experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (LMS, PMGM, C&D, Succession, Compensation).
- Experience in building integrations with SAP BTB
- Experiences with S4 HANA HR Mini master or SAP ECC Replication.
- Experience with HR Data in manufacturing environment.
