JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a business savvy technical leader who will provide leadership in driving the HR technology ecosystem, architecture strategy and roadmap for global HR solutions. You will partner with HR system teams, HR centers of excellence, product managers, infrastructure teams and cyber security to ensure solutions are delivered securely and effectively.
As an HR Solution Architect, you will understand business context to HR challenges and help define the vision of HR business process enablement by recommending technology solutions and guiding decision making. You will work closely with the global HR technology portfolio services team in maximizing our investments and ensuring integration of HR information flows across our ecosystem. You will be a leader in understanding HR technology trends to identify new capabilities, conduct proof of concepts, evolve our standards, and recommend options to senior IT and HR leaders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and HR senior leaders to map business capability needs to solutions
- Own, track and evolve our integrated architecture of HR applications, ensuring the fidelity across our ecosystem
- Lead blueprinting sessions to arrive at appropriate solution recommendations for HR
- Cultivate strong partnerships with product managers, delivery teams and regional IT teams to enable solution alignment
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, consulting with internal IT teams and HR business to inform the continuous evolution of our HR technology strategy
- Provide technical expertise to enable product managers and delivery teams in designing solutions that are extensible, reusable, secure, compliant, reliable, cost optimized, operationally excellent, and performant
- Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging applications or misalignment with business requirements
- Develop a roadmap for evolving the HR solution architecture from current state to future, taking into consideration HR business strategy goals and product managers roadmaps
- Through collaboration with our enterprise architecture team, ensure our HR architecture is accurately updated with accompanying standards of documentation on, capability, applications, integration and business processes
- Collaborates with other architects on the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to drive decision making around our enterprise architecture ensuring safe, secure and effective HR process management through our solutions.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
- 8+ years in HR technology, including deploying large scale HR technology projects
- 5+years of combined experience as an Enterprise Architect, Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant in HR. Proficient in generating technical roadmaps and architectures to lead architecture concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and best in class HR technology platforms. Must have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD
- Proven track record of designing, and delivering HR integration
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, core HCM, performance management, compensation, and benefits and ability to define dependencies and connect the dots across the technology landscape.
- Hands on experience working with and managing Application Portfolio Management tools such as LeanIX
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps).
- Experience in key technology domains including Cloud, Containers, API, Events, Security, Integration, Infrastructure, Data and AI.
- Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, engaging with multiple technical and business stakeholders and leaders.
- Experience in HR data security and privacy considered an asset
- Experience working with Phenom, Degreed and UKG considered an asset
- Experience with an HR ecosystem that includes SAP ECC and SuccessFactors integration considered an asset
- A certification in enterprise architecture such as TOGAF an asset.

- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
- Travel: as required.
