McAfee is looking for someone to assume the Learning & Development Specialist role. This role is a business support role to manage the design and facilitation of employee learning program. We are looking for an, hands-on candidate with passion for employees learning curve, who can address a talent development requirement, can collobrate with partners and Expert's to guide the program.

About the Role:

• You will Create and organize training curriculum
• You will Build and provide creative training that is easily absorbed across the organisation
• You will beowning the multiple projects & priorities simultaneously.
• You will demand high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and this ensures & enables you to work with multiple responsibilities effectively.
• You will review and refine the learning data and presentation following the business demands.
• You will Partner with peers and provide feedback on learning goals and content outlines
• You assess the impact of training and measure knowledge retention
• Provide consultative support to HR business partners and managers regarding employee development Manage training logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, meeting requests, and ordering catering
• You will report to the Global Learning Leader

About You:

• You have 7+Years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience in learning & Development.
• You have experience working directly with partners by soliciting input and providing updates on main programs and providing overall programme-specific information.
• Good experience designing the training programme and has facilitated them at the individual level.
• Experience balancing the strategy and tactical elements of the role
• Solid programme management skills
• Partner with the organisation to assess employee development needs and provide measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership and experts to design and align employee development programme.
• Leads the development of employee programmes from scoping and research, design, and launch to ensure that service level commitments are always met.
