Job Summary
  • Customer relationship management preferably with Banks ( Public and private Banks) and large institutions like retailers and Ecommerce companies.
  • BE / B tech, MBA preferred.
  • Familiar with Payment products and platforms like Transaction switch, Cards and Card networks, UPI, NCMC, AEPS etc.
  • Technical expertise / certifications on payment products is an added advantage.
  • The job role is a Sales and Business development role to execute the GTM (Go to Market) strategy for the products and solutions the company has , under the business vertical of Large Banks and Large corporates . The products, platform and solutions are tech based, predominately in Fintech space and for segments like Banks, Corporates, Retail and E commerce.

  • As the Business development manager, you would be responsible for identifying and creating opportunities in banks and Corporates for the products and solutions we currently have . It s a Sales target driven role, pivoted around Client business needs which would require entrepreneurship mindset to grow the business.
  • With the unique product suite, you will not only meet the client s requirement through the existing stack of products but also be able to work with product teams to position the products and solutions as per the requirements of the clients.
  • Initiatives like NCMC and other fintech products taken by the banks and Corporates shall be targeted to become the preferred TSP ( Technical Solutions provider ) to the clients.
  • Supporting the banks for their RFPs, bidding for RFPs, submission of techno- commercial proposals, managing the sales order cycle shall be the prime responsibilities of the role.
  • Engagement with partners, NPCI, System integrators and other channels of product selling to be done.
