- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Collaborate with team-members, customer service teams to ensure superior customer experience
- Follow company s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
- Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must be comfortable in Evening Shift
- should be comfortable for Work from Home & Work from Office
- Undergraduate or Graduate
- Good Communication skill in language English and Hindi
- Age Limit between 18 to 30
- Must have your own Laptop or Desktop with UPS
- Must have Broadband connectivity & Mobile Hotspot
