Role and Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' emails.
- Managing and resolving customer queries/status/complaints.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
- Providing products and service information to customers.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Fresher Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate, experience in Bpo voice/nonvoice process only is eligible
- Shift: Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off
- Willingness to work in the Voice process
- Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
- Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skills.
