  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' emails.
  • Managing and resolving customer queries/status/complaints.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
  • Providing products and service information to customers.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Any Fresher Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate, experience in Bpo voice/nonvoice process only is eligible
  • Shift: Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off
  • Willingness to work in the Voice process
  • Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
  • Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skills.
