Job Summary

Job Description:

Must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Business Blueprints (BBP) / Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents

Work on Configurations, and support other Technical and Functional consultants with inputs for Custom Enhancements, and support for testing and bug fixing

Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project

Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training extensively

Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements

Train the team and mentor associates

Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills

Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks

Good understanding of incident management, and change management

Qualification:

Worked on three or more implementations and at least one support project

Good Communication and presentation Skill

Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology

Experience with data migration and data management activities in SAP SuccessFactors

Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors

Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes

Experience in new custom production extensions and analysing existing extensions

Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
