Job Description Must have experience in Oracle Cloud / EBS Technical Consulting role. Expert level of product skills on following Technical area (Oracle Report Tool, OTBI, BIP, XML Publisher, Extract, Alert Composer, Fast Formula, OIC, Personalization & Customization). Understanding of Data Migration, Integration & Conversion (SQL-Loader, ADFDI, Web ADI, HDL). Responsible for managing the RICE development team Must have hand-on experience of end-to-end business cycle of HR Modules Preferred to have Oracle Cloud certified in at least 1 HCM module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labor or Recruitment) Must have worked on at least two implementation projects Must be able to manage customer facing role Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
