Job Description
Role Designation- Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- We are looking for candidates having minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Profile Management, Recruiting, ELM, Security. They should have Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula, Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence. They must be experienced in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. *Location of posting will be subject to business requirements*
