Job Summary

Job Description

Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executives play an integral role in companies' longevity.

Responsibilities:

New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions

Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients

Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities

Negotiating with clients to secure most attractive prices

Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients

Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Work with the team to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth

Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis

Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients

Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business

Requirements and skills:

o Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients

o Experience in project management and/or sales

o Knowledge of productivity tools and software

o High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making

o Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Must:
