Job Summary Responsibilities:
  • Pitch Chatbot solutions and IT Services to differentindustries.
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to offer solution andmake the sale.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process whichis largely dictated by the prospective customer.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.

  • Requirements:
  • Ready to work on KPI driven sales and revenue targets
  • Proven ability to generate sustainable business and new accounts
  • 2+years of minimum proven experience with Pre-sales & Offshore selling with IT Services & Software Industry.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach.
  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience can apply. MBA graduates will be preferred.
