Job Summary

Job Description:

A proven track record of new business development and target accomplishment/ s.

Effective Verbal and Written Language (negotiation and selling) skills, rapport building, time management & planning/ projection skills & basic arithmetic skills required.

In-depth knowledge of the B2B Lead Generation spectrum.

Prepare & execute sales plans and sustained development of a robust and thriving sales pipeline.

Achievement of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales revenue targets.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Ability to effectively build strong customer relationships through efficient account management.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

International Calling (NA, APAC, EMEA, extending to other Global clientele) & research based targeting of prospective customers.

Database Harvesting and mass mailing as part of sales.

Conduct all relevant pre & post sales activity like NDA s, SOW s, RFP s and keeping knowledge of latest updates on existing laws, rules and guidelines.

Keep track of campaign/ project progress, trend analysis, delivery pacing, any other requirements outlined by the client/ s.

Maintain inter-departmental coordination to ensure client deliverables are met as expected and be accessible at all times to his/ her clients as account manager.

Prepare and maintain individual sales dashboard depicting progress and current status, to be used by the management for performance evaluation and review.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10+2/ Graduate

MBA will be an added advantage

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Business Development Manager/ Sr. Business Development Manager in a B2B Lead Gen based company

Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
