Job Summary

Responsibilities :

Preparation of contract documents and work order
Preparation of rate analysis
Preparation of comparison statement with respect to budgeted cost
Negotiation with contractor
Experience of finalizing contracts of civil, finishing, services and infrastructure works
Knowledge of FIDIC terms, GCC and SCC

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification : BE Civil
minimum 3 years experience into contracts from construction or real estate company

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
