Job Summary

Handling recruitments for Financial service sector Understand the requirements of the position based on client assignment briefings. Tap various recruitment sources like databases, job sites, advertisements in national dailies etc for candidate profiles and conduct initial screening of resumes to check for candidate-position match based on work experience, qualifications etc. Conduct interviews (telephonic/ personal) seeking information on various parameters like basic candidate information, work experience, qualifications, work experience, qualifications, work preferences, current and expected salary details, etc. Headhunt for target candidates by conducting market search of companies where they would be working. Conduct background check of candidates shortlisted. Prepare resumes of shortlisted candidates for presentation to clients. Liase with candidates and clients to arrange interviews for the clients. Ensure closure of positions within target hire date through follow-ups and coordination

Minimum Requirements

The candidate should have min. 3.5-7 yrs hard core experience in recruitments for financial services sector like insurance companies, banks, etc. Can be a graduate in any stream, MBA preferred. Position is based at a branch office, Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd., South Delhi
