Job Summary Planning revenue and call targets and ensuring operations constantly delivers and exceeds client expectations. Achieve established goals for production hours, service levels, and revenue. Manage expense by analyzing budgeted hours vs. billed hours. Work with Quality Assurance and clients to meet quality standards. Establishing effective methodologies to handle workflow and routine, Contingency planning Cultivating a relationship with clients to understand their business needs, expectations. Serve as communication liaison between client and Top Management. Manage interface with all support functions. Develop and implement incentive programs to encourage performance of employees Manage the day-to-day operations including financial budgets, operations, communications, coaching and development of Managers and supervisors. Strategic planning for the process; setting up operational goals and performance objectives, monitor and improve performance with other departments within the company.Minimum Requirements

MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience in a call centre and handling the complete operations of a call centre.

Qualification

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
