Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Global Sales Intelligence team to lead & program manage a highly visible transformational project. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multi-phase programs, large-scale projects, and smaller, strategic initiatives. This position is perfect for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about promoting the program management function within the organization while executing against high standards. They will need to be comfortable collaborating with Data Engineering & Visualization, Sales & Sales Programs, Strategy, GTM & Enablement. Responsibilities: *Manage day-to-day execution of project activities including but not limited to: planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project. *Able to manage multiple medium to small interrelated projects requiring cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level. *Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and in-depth analytical capabilities. *Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed. *Facilitate review sessions with all levels of stakeholders and the program team. *Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements. *Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping. *Have difficult conversations regarding resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings. Requirements: *Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills. *5-10 years of Project Management/Program Management required. *Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions. *Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike. *Experience of working with Data Engineering and Integrations.
