Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities1. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations/ Fresher with MBA/PGDM Degree in Human Resource Management. 2. Managing employee life cycle in Let's Manage India Pvt Ltd. 3. Conduct enter and exit interviews with incoming & outgoing employees & interns. 4. Knowledge of Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. 5. Managing and tracking the overall recruitment process. 6. Overseeing the termination process of an employee. 7. Taking Ownership of Conducting Onboarding of new joiners. 8. Oversee daily operations of the HR department. 9. Creating company policies based on best practices.Skillset required: 1. Strong Communication Skills 2. Knowledge and Understanding of Corporate HR Ethics 3. Good Negotiations Skills 4. Problem-Solving Skills 5. Mentoring Skills 6. Teamwork Management Skills 7. Interpersonal Skills
