Job Summary Responsibilities

Assist the Manager to manage the design review for M&E work from conceptual design toward detailed design stage.
To control, co-ordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and authorities.
Evaluate and keep proper records on tender documents, design report and design review updates on the standard terms and conditions of design performance of M&E work.
Periodical site meetings and site inspections in conjunction with consultants
Supervise and execute all plumbing activities at site as per the drawings and specifications.
Direct, manage and oversee the plumbing contractor as regards to the work schedule, progress, quality and timely completion of the activities.
Check thoroughly all joints and sections for possible leakage including pressure testing for pipes.
Check materials at site for quality and specification before execution.
Verify contractor bills as per the contract
Co- ordinate with the plumbing consultant and other agencies at site for smooth and efficient working.
Take care of maintenance related activities in plumbing and drainage for the completed buildings.
Prepare B. O. Q. of plumbing work.
Knowledge of plumbing work rate and contract specification.

Professional experience and personal skills profile

Qualifications/education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute
Work Experience: Experience in a Project Management Consultancy firm OR contractor OR with a large Organization
Particular Aptitude/Skills People skills, Patience and perseverance, Ability to lead and motivate a team, Good communications skills written as well as verbal, Customer service skills
IT Proficiency MS Office, HRIS, Knowledge of AutoCAD + MS Projects

Experience Required :

6 to 10 Years
