Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Installing and configuring, monitoring & Maintaining Products/Applications
Diagnosing and solving software/hardware faults
Logging customer/employee queries
Experience working on Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
Experience on Web and Windows applications
Good communication & Analytical Skills
Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the Hardware/development team
Establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues

Technical Skills :
Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
Javascript, JSON, MongoDB, Windows OS fundamentals
Microsoft knowledge, coding understanding
To support on existing and new upcoming sites for both products Solarpulse & Teqo OS

Behavioral Skills:
Good communication & Analytical Skills
Ability to handle critical situation


Qualification :
BE(CS)/ BE(IT)/ MCA/ MSC(CS)
Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
