Sr. Engineer E&e Job in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd

To design, develop and implement E&E aggregates meeting all functional, quality & regulatory standards/requirements with in project time line
- Benchmarking & Target Setting for E&E Sysem - System Performance,Cost & Weight.
- Design Feasibility Study for E&E Sysem
- Design BOM & Design Data Maintenance
- Delivery of complete E&E Package on the Vehicle - Packaging, Design Specifcation finalization, Design Releases, DVP Finalisation etc.
- Prepare & Review E&E System Interfaces with CFT and complete design interface sign-offs.
- Liasing with internal COEs & Suppliers for E&E System Design & Development, Liasing with VI for Virtual & Physical Validation of the E&E System
- Conduct DFMEA's for Electrical System,
- Meet Project Gateway Deliverables for E&E System,
- Support in preparing DVPs (Component & Vehicle System-E&E)

- Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, project etc.

'- Should have overall basic system knowledge of major E&E aggregates in the vehicle- Distribution system,Starting & Charging system,Lighting system and switches.
- Expertise needed in Wiring Harness routing (CATIA V5)
- Should have detailed knowledge on circuit and electrical interface and should have decent knowledge on operating logics of major E&E components.
- Should have knowledge of DVPs of various E&E compoenents.
- Should be proficient in CAD packaging of E&E components including Wiring Harness (CATIA V5)
- Program management skills '- Should be proficient on subsystem and vehicle level schematics creation.
- Must have good knowledge on Design Tools.
- Must have knowledge on simulation tools (Thermal, Vibration etc)
- Should be able to work on Team centre (10.0/11.0).
- Basic knowledge on MS-Excel & presentations.
- Must have basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Must have good communication skills.
