Job Summary

Role: IT Lead - Collections

Objective:
Align IT strategies with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Collections team to support and enable them in achieving 100% of their targets through seamless application support and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Evaluation: Assess and select vendors for the Collections application.
  • Application Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Collections application and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Automation: Drive automation and digitization of collection workflows.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and map current processes against application functionalities to minimize customizations.
    • Incorporate best practices from other companies in the field of Collections.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Develop and maintain clear communication plans for all stakeholders.
    • Organize periodic meetings to update progress and address concerns.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead project status calls, ensuring delivery plans are on track.
    • Monitor communication between vendors and business teams.
    • Address project delays proactively and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with large-scale, cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously assess project progress and adjust action plans as needed.

What We Value in Candidates

  • Domain Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of Allocation, Collection, Repo, and Yard Management processes.
    • Knowledge of the Lending Domain and associated technologies.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with Collections applications (e.g., Indus Collect, FinnOne Collect).
    • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Microservices architecture.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
    • Negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Execution Excellence:
    • Proven experience in project management and successful delivery of IT solutions in the financial domain.

Qualification :
Masters of B.Tech,MCA
Experience Required :

Minimum 12 Years
