Weare looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and developlearning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners inacquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealingmanner.

Responsibilities

Create engaging learning activities andcompelling course content that enhances retention and transfer

Work with subject matter experts andidentify target audiences training needs

State instructional end goals and createcontent that matches them

Visualize instructional graphics, theuser interface and the finished product

Conduct instructional research andanalysis on learners and contexts

Apply tested instructional designtheories, practice and methods

Provide exercises and activities thatenhance the learning process

Create supporting material/media (audio,video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

Decide on the criteria used to judgelearners performance and develop assessment instruments
