Artificial Intelligence(AI) Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer to join our team. The AI Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering AI training programs to our clients and internal teams. The AI Trainer will also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest developments in AI and incorporating these developments into the training programs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, teaching skills, and the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver AI training programs

Curate and prepare data. AI trainers select and preprocess data to be fed into the system.

Configure conversational conditions and responses. AI trainers set the rules of engagement, which are the conditions chatbot interactions happen under.

Structure and refine the NLP/NLU model.

Strong background in python, tensor flow/keras, sci-kit learn, pandas, numpy etc.

Implement feedback loops for iterative training.

Design and test conversational flows.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts

Experience in developing and delivering training programs

Excellent communication skills

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in AI
