Job Summary Description About this role: The Data Analytics Lead will work closely with product leaders to analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns across our digital experiences and measure product and feature performance. This position will ensure consistency and quality in our data and reporting pipeline and help facilitate better decision making among product leaders by giving them insights from overall customer experience on Gartner.com, peer community and digital tool usage. What you'll do: Support digital product analytics reporting capability (dashboards and PPT reports to senior leadership) across our web experience and other digital tool and app innovations. Partner closely with product leaders throughout the product life cycle to identify product goals, benchmarks, happy paths and data collection opportunities and establish best practices and processes for ensuring data quality. Partner closely with other members of the Data & Analytics team to define data capture and tagging parameters and pipeline data for reporting. Prioritize data attributes or events needed for reporting and maintain a roadmap and release schedule for analysis/dashboard views. Design and manage dashboards for the Product Management and leadership team. Maintain knowledge of Gartner business and other data market research and account/contract data and bring insights together with digital engagement data to create a complete picture of the customer. Partner closely with other team members to assess impact of client engagement across our Digital Engagement footprints (G.com / Tools / Peer Insights), on retention. Automation of the powerpoint presentation is an integral part of the day-to-day activities. Developing machine learning model in R/Python is good to have. What you'll need: Undergraduate degree in related field or with related coursework (business, marketing, global affairs, psychology, behavioural science, data and analytics, communications, etc.); Master s degree preferred or related experience. 5-6 years of experience in digital analytics, SaaS product analytics Experience in generating insights from data from multiple sources. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and suggest opportunities for analysis and hypothesis refinement. Proficiency in Excel Good hands-on experience in power BI dashboards. Uploading, transforming, and visualizing the data in the power BI dashboard. Proficiency in working with large amounts of data. Working knowledge of SQL Working knowledge of tag management and tagging best practices; familiarity with JavaScript A high degree of self-motivation Excellent organizational and time management skills.
