Job Summary

Job Brief

We are looking for a Shopify developer to setup and customize shopify stores, API integrations, execute both front end and back end improvements, plugin developments, store maintenance and quickly resolve store performance issues.

This individual should be a self-starter, up-to-date with the latest Shopify trends/apps. The developer will work closely with the in-house designer to execute tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Building custom Shopify themes and also modifying existing themes depending on requirements
  • Designing and developing the layout of e-commerce websites
  • Developing new Shopify app for enhancing the capabilities of programs
  • Developing existing Shopify apps by analysing and identifying areas for modification
  • API development/Integration, integration of Payment Gateways, custom module development
  • Quick development of POC/MVP for new plugins
  • Migrating websites from other e-commerce platforms to Shopify based on the business requirements

Requirements

  • You have experienced in PHP/MYSQL with OOPS concept
  • You have at least 1 year in a Software Engineer or similar role.
  • You are proficient in PHP, Jquery, HTML5, CSS3 and Java Script
  • You have experience with Code Versioning tools (GIT) and Debugging Tools
  • You have experience on Shopify frontend and backend development as well as liquid and apps development
  • You have working experience in e-commerce domain
  • You have working Experience on the Shopify Platform along with exposure towards application development
  • You have strong hands-on experience on installing and customisation of new Shopify themes
