Are you commercially minded anddynamic in your approach? Join our Investment Performance team within our Infrastructure and Real Assets division based in Mumbai.

You will oversee investment performance activities across the India region and support MIRAs global investment performance initiatives. Drawing on your knowledge and experience gained within industry, you will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert, advising investment teams from an operational, safety, technical and asset management stand point around the origination of new investments and the management of the existing assets in the portfolio. You will be expected to work closely with other professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors. You will be required to take your knowledge and experience gained in industry and applying that knowledge within an entrepreneurial asset management environment.

Working with the senior leadership, you will have a focus on supporting transaction and asset management teams on transformation projects within new and existing infrastructure assets including benchmarking performance, transition, facilitation of technology innovation projects and ESG. You will also drive the cross-pollination of best practices and standards, both across the region and globally. Your key responsibilities will be to identify, analyse and support implementation of best practice initiatives, support the standardisation of key minimum investment performance standards based on System 7 framework, to drive a more consistent and collaborative approach.

You will also work with asset teams to drive and deliver high quality transition plans and ongoing performance. You will lead a mandate focused on performance assessment, including results, initiatives, asset management and strategy across a portfolio of asset companies as well as participate in asset deep dives and other reviews to discuss portfolio related performance initiatives. You will provide support and work with senior sector directors on implementation of sector-specific value initiatives and major change projects including business integrations, mergers, carve-outs and initiatives.

You will have management, operational or project management experience in the infrastructure, energy, utilities and/or renewables sectors, ideally with P&L exposure and responsibility. Previous experience in business improvement and workplace health, safety and environment with a proven track record of responding successfully to key business challenges would be strongly preferred. You will have a track record of designing and implementing business improvement initiatives. A proven ability to succeed in a complex stakeholder environment, with strong relationship building and influencing skills and the ability to drive changeare also essential.
