Assistant Manager - Group Treasury Platforms (qrm) Job in Macquarie Group Limited

Join our Group Treasury Platforms team as an Assistant Manager and provide overarching development and support for Macquaries Group Treasury, Group Risk and Finance teams.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to design and develop asset and liability related models and analytical reports to communicate risk exposures and financial performance. Using your understanding of fundamental financial concepts and instruments, you will partner with our stakeholders to understand the risks they manage and translate their requirements by leveraging our risk management tool, QRM.

To ensure that your team has the data and resources to effectively deliver and meet its milestones, the role will also see you working closely with our technology and data teams. This will involve significant stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complicated concepts to various audiences.

To be successful in the is role you will have an outstanding academic background in a financial or quantitative degree (Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or similar) with 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in business or data analysis. Working knowledge in using QRM (or a similar risk management tool) is highly desirable. Experience in SQL, financial product modelling, regulatory reporting, and interest rate risk management would be an added advantage.
