Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Review the project plans & Specification as well as check the material schedule with contractors for timely completion MEP installation
Preparing and Submitting Material inspection report.
Co-ordinating on-site MEP work with inspection agencies (installation, testing,commissioning,handover and acceptance phases).
Direct, Monitor and control the activities of subcontractor.
Ensuring that contractor subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
Co-Ordination and administration of MEP related materials and systems.
Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
Ensuring that subcontractors adheres to project safety and regulations.
Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP equipments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be fluent in communication.
