Leading the team of 15-20 members including Recruiters, leads and Account Managers.

Defining the targets and help team to achieve it.

Hire, train, and coach to keep them ready for next level.

Minimize the operations issues and create centre of excellence work culture.

Grow team by 20% every quarter by achieving the revenue numbers.

Initiate the processes like joining follow-ups, social media hiring, headhunting and job

posting on regular basis.

Client Management

Front end leading the key accounts and point of escalation/high level support for rest of the

account.

Increase the business from existing client and cross selling the more services like RPO,

contract hiring and leadership hiring.

Create a healthy pool of big accounts, mid-size account and start-ups.
